Please keep in mind that some items do not conform to the restrictions of this shipping table and will have additional shipping charges due to weight, size, etc. We reserve the right to alter these charges at any time for any reason.
Note: You will NOT receive a refund for shipping and handling charges when returning an item.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. However returns and refunds may only be made if the item(s) were not as described.
In order to return your item(s) for a refund you must follow these instructions:
1. Before returning your item(s), you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the item(s).
2. After the required contact, we must receive the item within 7 days (which is 14 days after you have received the item).
3. Items will be returned at the cost of the buyer. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Item(s) must be well packed. You must include a copy of your PayPal invoice and your reason for returning, as well as your PayPal address (if paid by money order).
We reserve the right to reject any returns if it is determined after inspection that the item(s) is not in the same condition as sent, OR if you have not contacted us within 7 days of its delivery, OR if we have not received the item within the total of 14 days after its delivery to you. There will be NO exceptions. Contact MUST be made within 7 days after delivery and item(s) MUST be delivered to us within an additional 7 days. This includes EVERY day of the week, not just business days.
Refunds will be made via PayPal for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded as this service has been provided.

Please respond to the invoice within 24 hours to agree accepting the order or to inform us that you have changed your mind and will not accept. Once you accept, we will process your order. If you do not respond within the 24 hour period your order will be cancelled and will not be processed. Money orders must be completely and accurately filled out and signed. Be sure to keep your record of it. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your money order before you send it. Money orders must be received within 7 business days of the agreement. If your money order is not received within 7 business days thereafter the items will be relisted. If the money order is received after this period of time it may be rejected and returned as is (rights reserved to send it back as is). This is based on individual circumstance.Please remember a money order is guaranteed money for the stated recipient. It is not our responsibility if you can not get your money back. We will never keep your money order if your order is not filled. We are not responsible if it is lost in the mail. Items may not be available, but we try our best to keep up. You will be notified if an item you order is no longer available.
