This page outlines all of our buying policies. Below you will find guidelines to follow if you wish to sell your action figures. You will also find links to the Buy List for each toy line. We will buy loose and carded US version action figures. Keep in mind that loose figures MUST be complete with all original accessories NO REPROS. The condition of the accessories is also important. The loose buy list prices are for C-9 or better, however we may buy lesser condition items at a lesser value. We are very strict graders, but we sell them and buy them using the same grading system. Carded items must be fully sealed with the original factory seal. At this time, we are not concerned with the condition of the card for carded figures as long as they are factory sealed, so our carded buy lists reflect what we will pay for factory sealed cards no matter the condition. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend that you insure and track your package. We are not responsible for the charges for shipping your items. Before you send any items, you must contact us with a detailed list of all items you want to sell. We do not send out payment until all merchandise has been inspected. We will inspect merchandise promptly. If you are interested in selling your collection or any figure, you will need to send us a list of your items. Please make sure your items are completely and accurately described so that we can give an accurate price quote. Please follow the guidelines below: 1. Create specific categories by toy line > subset > 3 ¾” carded, 3 ¾” loose, etc. > movie or series. 2. Beneath each category, please list all of your items in alphabetical order. List the name of the item, the condition, and any extra information. Remember, we will NOT buy incomplete figures or figures with repro or broken accessories, so be sure to check all accessories. The more specific you are about condition the more accurate your price quote will be. 3. Be sure to include your contact information. We need to be able to contact you after we have priced your list and to be able to pay you. Please include valid e-mail address, phone number (including area code), and complete mailing address. 4. We will reply with price quotes for your collection. Our price quotes are based on your description of the merchandise. If items arrive to us in less than expected condition, the price quotes will be adjusted. We reserve the right to refuse to buy any items. 5. After you have received a price quote, be sure to e-mail to confirm that you are shipping your collection to us. Please confirm that you are sending the items within 48 hours. Please let us know whether you prefer PayPal payment or money order. If you prefer PayPal please include your PayPal information. We prefer PayPal. 6. Please package your items carefully using a sturdy box and sufficient packing material to protect your merchandise. Please match figures with weapons in individual sealed bags. Please make sure your figures are reasonably clean. 7. Be sure to include a copy of the list and price quote with your shipment. 8. We will inspect the merchandise promptly. We reserve the right to refuse to buy any items. If there are any questions or problems, we will contact you. If not, we will send the payment usually within 2 business days by PayPal or money order.
